FRANCISCAN COLLEGES INSTRUMENTAL PROGRAMME
Gangsters Ball

Since 1956, the rich musical tradition has continued within our Franciscan schools at Kedron (Padua, Mt Alvernia and St Anthony’s) under the auspices of the FCIP, The Franciscan Colleges Instrumental Programme. For the third year, we are holding a fundraising ball and would like to invite you to consider being a sponsor of our 2012 Gangsters Ball.
This is the FCIP’s major fundraiser of the year, and it is a great opportunity for you and or your place of work to help us to raise much needed funds to purchase music equipment and resources that are not budgeted items but are needed by students at our three schools.
We have several sponsorship options for you to consider:
- 1. Gaming Table Rights – $500.00. We are looking for 4 companies to sponsor a gaming table each for the night. The table would then be known as the (insert company name here) Table. You would be able to have your logos displayed at the table as well as other promotional material i.e. business cards. Acknowledgement of your donation would also be provided via the PA system. We can also display advertising at the venue, i.e. banners, posters, flyers, if you wish.
Plus 2 complimentary tickets to the Gangsters Ball.
- 2. Table Sponsorship – $100.00. We hope to have 25 tables of 10 set up on the night. Table sponsorship would entitle your company to have business cards at all place settings and larger signage in the centre of the table, as well as any other promotional material you may wish to distribute.
- 3. Silent Auction – You or your place of work could donate items, gift certificates or vouchers which we would use as prizes in the Silent Auction or raffle. Tickets will be available on the night for guests to purchase and enter into the Auction.
PROMOTING YOUR BUSINESS – In addition to the above options, all businesses that provide sponsorship or items will be included in a PowerPoint presentation running on the night, plus a thank you in all 3 school newsletters. You will also receive a receipt for tax purposes.
Your sponsorship or donation will help ensure the success of the 2012 Gangsters Ball. You are also very welcome to join us for a great evening’s entertainment, whilst supporting the Arts in your community and benefiting as a sponsor. A flyer is attached with all the details, should you wish to purchase tickets.
To enable us to promote you as a sponsor we ask that sponsorship funds, donations and auction items be received at the Padua Office by Friday, 9th March marked to the attention of Debbie Martin.
