St Anthony’s Kedron Management Structures
Parish Council
St Anthony’s is a Parish School and as part of that process the principal reports to the Parish Council once a month.
Parish Finance Committee
The school finances are overseen by the Parish Finance Committee. Any spending over $15,000 is approved and endorsed by this committee. Regular meetings occur with the Parish Finance Committee that the principal attends and presents a school financial report. The school finances are also administered by Brisbane Catholic Education Office.
School Finance Committee
Established last year to further support the financial management of the school. Membership of this committee is the principal, finance officer, and two parents (one from the Parish Finance Committee and one from the P&F).
Pastoral Care Parent Group
The APRE meets with the Pastoral Care Parent group once a term and also meets each week with the Pastoral Care Co-ordinator.
P&F and the P&F Executive
Each month before the P&F meeting the Admin Team meets with the P&F Executive.
FOTH
As part of working within the three Franciscan school communities, St Anthony’s Admin and Leadership Team meet regularly with the Admin Teams of Padua College and Mt Alvernia College. This network is known as FOTH (Franciscans on the Hill). We are currently in the process of collaboratively compiling a five year strategic plan for our FOTH communities.
